It all started in 2014 with a slab of "Cochon"...
Clean Power for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) and registered non-profit in Hong Kong, China. The organization is founded by Jacqueline Cze-Ching Yang and David Yang as an idea born out of a traditional "Cochon" dinner in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jacqueline's passions lie in charity work and volunteering with various organizations throughout her high school and adult life. In 2012, she transitioned from a career in New York City in Finance to a career in New Orleans as an Executive Director of an inner city youth non-proft organization. Through her MBA program, certain "Yoda" professors enlightened Jacqueline with the idea of using her gifts to provide a greater impact. With the help of David Yang, and his knowledge of green powered solutions, and the team of experts on the Advisory Council, Jacqueline formed Clean Power for Humanity, a non-profit that will provide green powered solutions to rural villages to increase their livelihood. Clean Power for Humanity aims to provide solar and wind powered solutions to provide electricity and water to the neediest in the world.
